Nelson Tkatch

Managing Director

Nelson has held senior-level positions in, and consulted to, a variety of industries and brings 30 years of IT experience working in Canada, the United States and New Zealand. A former principal with KPMG Management Consulting and Chief Information Officer for one of Canada’s largest credit unions, he also established his own successful consulting firm, eSuccess Strategies. Most recently, he held the position of Chief Information Officer with TrustPower in NZ.

Mr. Tkatch holds bachelor's degrees in commerce and science from McGill University and is completing a master's degree from the University of Liverpool. He also holds several industry designations including the Canadian Information Processing Society’s ISP and the CGEIT from the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA).

Heather McEwen

Senior IT Solutions Consultant

Heather has over 30 years experience in computer programming, business analysis, project management and senior management, having worked extensively overseas in Europe, Australia, America, and Canada.

Heather belongs to the Institute of Directors, has been on the advisory board of Women in Technology, was twice nominated for Women in Business – Business Woman of the Year and has held the position of Executive Director of HortiTech NZ, being one of their fourteen founding members.

As an experienced MobileFrame distributor and developer Heather has a close relationship with MobileFrame and its principals and is closely involved in beta testing of new releases.

Ian Goodacre

Senior Technical Consultant

Ian joined Xenacom in October 2009 and has established his credentials as our expert systems integrator.

Ian’s IT industry experience spans some 20+ years, many of these spent with major corporate and provincial government employers in Canada before he immigrated to New Zealand in 2003.

At Xenacom Ian undertakes the design and development of MobileFrame applications and provides advice and direction to clients in the preparation of their systems for MobileFrame integration and oversees new implementations.

Heather Wickham

Technical Writer / Trainer

Heather has significant experience with Xenacom as a technical writer and has the ability to write complex user instructions in a simple and easy to understand style. She prides herself in her high standard of workmanship and is passionate about the layout and design of all types of documentation.

Her role at Xenacom is to design and develop the user documentation for all our MobileFrame applications and she also is part of the test team as well as providing in user training.

James O'Regan

Programmer

Straight from High School with an impressive academic and sporting record, James is the latest graduate to join our company. He will be learning all aspects of the business from programming through to business analysis and sales.
