Offices & Facilities at Xenacom Business Centre

We have 11 offices, boardroom, reception area and kitchen facilities. Offices are attractively furnished and differently sized, with the option to move as space becomes available and your business grows. Hourly, daily, weekly, monthly and long term rates are available payable in advance. 

All offices are fully air-conditioned with slimline venetian blinds, lockable and secure, with modern décor and furniture (optional) – desk, chair, side cabinet. 

Office prices range from $150.00 - $250.00 + GST per week and are inclusive of all services (excludes computer hardware):

• Electricity, rates, and office cleaning
• Free security - building is fully alarmed and monitored with after hours security
• Free kitchen facilities – fully equipped with free coffee/tea for tenants
• Free boardroom hire – up to 2 hours per week
• Free public parking Internet access, along with Voice Over the Internet (VOIP) telephony available at an additional cost.

Boardroom and casual office rates available on request.
